• Restaurants: Order details are shared with the restaurant to fulfill your order
• POS Systems: Orders may be transmitted to restaurant point-of-sale systems (Clover, etc.)
• Service Providers: We use Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech recognition), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and Anthropic (AI processing)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and order accuracy purposes. By calling our service, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are stored securely and deleted after 90 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain order data for 2 years for business records. Call recordings are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage (AWS), and access controls to protect your information.
