How consent is obtained: When a customer calls a restaurant that uses DoVoice AI and successfully places a food order through our AI phone receptionist, they are verbally informed during the call that they will receive an SMS order confirmation to the phone number they called from. By completing the order after this disclosure, the customer provides consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to that order.
Types of messages: Order confirmations and order ready/pickup notifications only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Message frequency: 1-2 messages per order placed.
